I'm the Festival Coordinator again this year for Animethon. This year's theme is Gothic & Lolita. It will have Lolita games, a cafe, artists, fashion show, vendors, possible live music, possible on site photo shoot and processing, and an after-party at New City Suburbs for +18yrs patrons with also a possible Lolita Beauty Pagent!

The event will begin 6pm-10:30pm on Friday August 8, 2008 and will be in the Multipurpose Room and the Cafeteria of Grant Macewan.

I AM in need of volunteers for this event and putting out a separate call for volunteers.

Duties will include manning games stations, cleaning tables, assisting the photobooth, assisting people in the fashion show and manning the info station etc. You will be volunteering for whole go, from 6:00pm-10:30pm and get a short break which i will schedule myself. There will be a goody bag provided as well which may include coupons or certificates for the vendors present in or out of the event and small items related to the festival theme.
